What is a Dedicated Game Server? A Dedicated Game Server is a machine specifically allocated to you for your use only. You will have full control over the entire machine and can install as many game instances as you want. How many players can the Dedicated Game Server support? The Dual Core E8300 Dedicated Game Server can support upto 128+ players simultaneously. The Quad Core Q9300 Dedicated Game Server can support upto 256+ players simultaneously. The amount of players supported may vary based on the gametypes you have installed on the machine. How do I control the services? You will receive FULL FTP access to all non-ranked game servers. Also you will have access to a web based game control panel that will allow you to manage every aspect of your game services. What games are supported? Any game that has dedicated server software can be installed. If the game is not listed on our available games list, contact us and let us know and we will add it. |

Integrated FTP server
FTP has been built right into the game control panel. Access your game files via FTP. Multiple servers? No problem. User can access all servers assigned to them with just one login, across all game servers! Secure communication 128bit encryption between your machine and our master web servers. Service monitoring If your server or game executable crashes or restarts, the game servers come back online automatically. Game monitoring Monitoring the service itself is not enough. Our game control panel monitors each individual game and makes sure the game is not only running, but also active. Game server resource usage Our game control panel logs the number of players, processor, and memory usage for each game server. You can monitor your game servers by generating reports and graphs from this data. System resource usage Our game control panel logs processor, network, disk and memory usage on the whole system. You can monitor your servers by generating reports and graphs from this data. Full function web based file manager Easily access and edit, create, upload, delete files all via a web browser. The file manager is not a web based FTP client. Web based FTP clients tend to be slow and buggy. This file manager has been custom built. Security has been built right in. It supports extraction of zip and rar files. One click opens for edit, and one click saves it! Sub-users Have more than one user? More than one server? Not a problem. Allow different logins and set permission for unlimited sub-users. Game server reinstall With the click of a button you can reinstall a game server. |
