Branzone, Inc. has a very strict refund policy. The following refund guidelines apply to all payments.

  • All renewal payments or setup fee's are non-refundable. See Cancellation Policy.
  • Any remaining time for services canceled before the renewal due date is non-refundable and cannot be applied as credit.

Dedicated Servers

Due to initial upfront costs Branzone, Inc. does not offer refunds for dedicated servers under any circumstances.

Domains

Branzone, Inc. does not offer refunds for any payments associated with a domain name. This includes but is not limited to (confirmed domain registration, confirmed domain renewal, confirmed domain transfers or privacy protection services).

Game Servers

You may request a full refund (less setup fee) within the first 3 days of service for any reason. To request a refund you must submit a refund request to our Billing Department. If no refund request is received within the first 3 days no refund will be provided.

Voice Servers

You may request a full refund (less setup fee) within the first 3 days of service for any reason. To request a refund you must submit a refund request to our Billing Department. If no refund request is received within the first 3 days no refund will be provided.

Web Hosting

You may request a full refund (less setup fee) within the first 3 days of service for any reason. To request a refund you must submit a refund request to our Billing Department. If no refund request is received within the first 3 days no refund will be provided.

Other

All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported via support ticket within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred. Any billing disputes after 60 days will be declined.
